Ordering Steps:


STEP 1: Pre-order Arrangements

  1. Submit 2 or 3 high-definition (HD) images for transformation into metal wall art.
  2. Our team carefully evaluates and selects the most suitable image.
  3. Choose from our standard sizes or opt for custom dimensions to meet your specific requirements (*additional charges may apply).  

STEP 2: Order Placement and Payment
  1. Complete your order by making full payment through PayPal.
  2. Within 7-10 business days, we create a 2D sample of your wall art.
  3. Upon completion, we send the 2D sample to you for approval.
  4. Refine and fine-tune the sample to match your vision, or simply approve the provided sample. 


STEP 3: Wall Art Production

  1. If we don't receive your approval within 5 business days, we proceed with the production phase.
  2. Upon your final approval, we proceed to the final finishing stage before sending the product for delivery. 

 

 STEP 4: Shipping and Delivery

  1. Enjoy complimentary shipping via Express Mail with no additional charges.
  2. Expect your product to arrive within 3 to 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
  3. Please be prepared to provide a signature upon delivery, as required by our delivery agent.
